Not worth the time
Good luck even getting in touch with the chap. Why do business with someone like that when we have excellent fabricators like MLD and Bear Paw and Zpacks ,etc.?

Every tent I've ever owned (about a dozen) has had seam sealer applied. And yes that includes a Duomid and a Cricket.
