The lost "jet engine" ground pad inflator?
You could look at the Instaflator. No batteries, i cut about 1/3rd off mine , takes 2-3 loads for a 7cm mat. (I only use it at home...) http://flyweightdesigns.com/?product=the-instaflator

Is it worth buying a Zpacks Hexamid tarp if I have a TT Notch? And what color if I do?
I see... At 125cm spreading the poles out a bit is doable but not ideal : looks like this with the poles perpendicular to the ground : high but I think still not as high as some.

Velcro to attach your pad to your tent floor?
To reduce slippage painting stripes/dots on both the bottom of your mat and the tent floor works best, but as Greg pointed out a solid bond is not a good idea .
