Cough syrup is mostly sugar-- I's just use a little diluted dishsoap and a damp rag.

I appreciate suggestions like this for more naturally based hydration sources. A good alternative to something really nasty like Gatorade.

Sounds pretty nasty to me.... Packit Gourmet makes a chicken salad that rehydrates with cold water and is pretty darn tasty-- I'd go more with something like that before I'd do cold MH.

I have had my Double Rainbow for 5 years, have never used a groundsheet, and have absolutely no damage to the floor in all that time, using reasonable care. Don't see a need for a groundsheet....

Good luck with the zucchini noodles! I tried it last year and ended up with tiny shrivelled strands that only partially rehydrated. Maybe I dried them TOO well. Report back!
