About Me Things I do: hike, camp, packraft, dive, XC ski

Things I'd like to do: easy rock climbing and canyoneering, more winter camping, more off-trail trips, and learn to telemark ski (it just looks so swooshy and cool). also, packraft MOAR.

Things I don't do: run, unless a rugby ball is in the vicinity. bike, unless it's casual, commuting, low-speed, or otherwise not hardcore.

Natural Sciences subforum
Another +1. Come on, what's the holdup? With so many existing subforums that are barely used, we're already way beyond worrying about mission creep.

Re: Six Moon Design Fusion Redesigns
Those pockets stick out so much the mesh will be shredded off-trail. Not an issue for thru-hikers/the target market, I guess?

Re: Tilley Endurable
I love the Tilleys too. I have an LMT3 and a Winter hat. If you go over the LMT with some Camp Dry it sheds water like a duck.
