About Me Things I do: hike, camp, packraft, dive, XC ski

Things I'd like to do: easy rock climbing and canyoneering, more winter camping, more off-trail trips, and learn to telemark ski (it just looks so swooshy and cool). also, packraft MOAR.

Things I don't do: run, unless a rugby ball is in the vicinity. bike, unless it's casual, commuting, low-speed, or otherwise not hardcore.

Re: Fibre
Do you know how much fiber you normally need? I know there's been discussions among fastpackers/long-distance folks here that consuming too much fiber can easily be a problem. It's one thin...

Marketing and the model parade
Rab is particularly bad at this. They have probably 18 new models every year. Researching anything but the most current styles is a nightmare. Inov8 has been particularly good at this, with a limit...
