Car camping
I've never had any issues car camping in national parks. Just keep the electronics & food in the car when not in camp.

I also use those Coghlan squeeze tubes. Or if I don't want to take alot, I buy Justin's Peanut Butter packets. You can get them at REI or Whole Foods.
