About Me My wife and I are originally from MI. We've lived in VA now for 5 years now and really love the area. I'm been an avid backpacker for about 20 years or so. After my first week long trip carrying #60 I started down the lightweight road. I like to make some of my own gear when I can. We love to travel and hike. I've been a designer all my adult life, primarily in the automotive industry but the last 5 years in aerospace.

I suggest that you have soneone fix it that is familiar with cuben fiber, MLD, ZPacks, etc. I would NOT send it back to your vendor. He obviously doesn't know how to work with CF. Good luck!
