My Locale central coastal california
About Me i spend between 3-6 months a year in the back country and am either obsessed, addicted or entirely sane, depending on your point of view. i'm a mild mountaineer who enjoys climbing, hiking, rambling, skiing, kayaking.... whatever gets me out into the world. lately i have been devoted to the high sierra but i have also explored the southern alps in new zealand, the candian rockies, himmalays, pyrenees, southeast alaska and various locales in between. mainly i enjoy longer trips- 1-5 weeks, say.
