About Me I have been backpacking for 18 years, and going light or ultralight for the past 4 or 5. I work for a local outfitter and try my best to spread the UL philosophy to most newcomers to the hobby.
I also teach Outdoor Universiy classes, spreading basic knowledge and informing newcomers of whats needed and expected when beginning to backpack. I am also an event organizer for the Louisville Hiking Meetup group.
