Even if I do end buying hammock, I am unable to put hammock properly. Its funny that I am even though good with setting up tents, but I am unable to set up a hammock.

Large pyramid tent in wind
There is some particular way of tying the knots on the ropes which makes it sturdy and steady. But of course the rod is a must to go ahead for any storm happening on trekking.
