All that's left now are ...
All that's left now are the Marmot Helium sleeping bag and the Sierra Designs down booties (probably just two of the three pairs).

DeLorme customer service is very fast...
... by phone. Typical hold times are either very short or none at all. Staff is very patient and polite too. (Complaints seem to be common though for email turnaround time.)
