About Me Originally from Louisiana, I enjoyed camping in my Boy Scouting days and eventually became an Eagle Scout. Many years later (2002), I discovered backpacking after going on an REI multisport trip to Alaska. My first backpack was to Grand Canyon, and I was hooked!

And remember you don't have to buy any expensive bag or rack. You can rig up perfectly good drybags to your handlebars and seatpost or buy a less costly rack that will do just fine.

The wind tunnel tests do not show this tent (or any of their awning tents) in good light and should never have been published, imo. The design of awnings that only catch wind instead of deflect win...
