About Me I have been involved in High Technology for over 30 years and love the outdoors as a way to get away from it all. I love hiking, backpacking and geocaching. Have participated in two Boy Scout Philmont treks (2003 and 2008). Introduced to LW Backpacking in 2007 when attended a Wilderness Outings backpack in the San Jacinto Mtns - led by Glen Van Peski.
