My Locale Canadian Prairies
About Me I'm a farmer in Saskatchewan, mostly wheat oats and barley. I've done most of my hiking in the Sierras including the JMT a couple of times. Also a little in the Bihorns and one trip in the Canadian Rockies near Waterton. Am planning for the PCT in '08 or '09. May have to section hike it if I'm still working by then. Big fan of Backpacking Light and their crew of ultralight extremists. Am getting my baseline weight close to the ten pound mark. Don't think I'm SUL material.
Finished the PCT in 2012. CDT in 2014?
