The whole point of the Hysol guns is that they mix it for you. So you lay down the bead, bond the material and it's done.

You'd be better off using Seamgrip than Aquaseal. Aquaseal has a relatively crappy response to sheer. You can thin either Seamgrip or Aquaseal with Cotol-240. Acetone won't really work....
