dirt bag style
I really have not found a 'hiking shirt' that breathes well and was under $50. I also think it is silly to spend more than that on a shirt that will take abuse. That includes thin wool sh...

fleecy
I use an R2 200wt because the XLs fit more like an XLT, they have a great warranty, the materials are top notch and durable and I was able to find my last one on eBay for $66 because it was bright ...

I don't like wool because the durable ones are thick and the thin ones aren't durable and neither is cheap. I used to use some old R .5s that were made out of Power dry and I noticed they ...

XLT hiking shirt?
The only hiking shirt that I can find that acts as an XLT is a Kuhl Wunderer XXL. Is there anything else out there? Thank you.

Will Power Dry Ts keep the stink away?
I find that I stink in most poly shirts or that they end up stinking. The only thing that I have found that is even good at keeping the stink away are some Soffe 50p/50c t-shirts. I was wonderin...

hair/fur
For fleece I would go with something that is pile or more like hair/fur. They breath really well without a shell on them and have more heat gain when there is one. I have really liked the R2 ...
