The Lunar LE is heavier, not the regular one. Mine is 26 ounces including stakes. The new one is one ounce heavier. Your pack will fit in any of the three shelters.

Color
I actually prefer the color, or lack of it, to anything bright! I like SMD products, but I can't bear to look at the multicolored new packs.
