About Me Over the past 6 years, I have transitioned from a regular backpacker to an ultralight backpacker. I am a Los Padres National Forest Volunteer Wilderness Ranger (VWR) and coordinate a group known as the "Litehikers". I am a PCT section hiker, hoping to complete the 2,650 miles in 5 years. I have completed the PCT Sections A,B, the JMT (Section H) and part of D. My favorite companies are Gossamer Gear (I am a Trails Ambassador), ULA and Montbell.

Nia, Picture a 1" rubber stopper with a bolt in the middle. A very simple, yet robust design. A couple of twists and the sections are "fused" together.
