About Me I love to push the limits of Lite backpacking, (especialy with out support).
Hobbies are Adventure Racing and anything ultra.

I have gone for the John Muir speed record and completed Primal Quest in Moab. Also did the Across the Years 3 day race over new years completing 233 miles.
I will be going for the Tahoe Rim Trail record this year to hopefully establish a new Unsupported Record.

Also hiking 35+ mile days is just more fun!

Re: Tough down jacket warm enough for Minnesota?
Hey Erik, I am guessing that you also want something light? For that temp I would try to stay under 30 ounces. I have a Montbell Permafrost and love it. It has a windstopper in the shell as w...

Cuben Batch
So it looks like there was double the material made than ordered. Does this mean that they will still have 9 yards available in the green at the regular price?

Huzefa, Why do you need another color option? Anything is better than white. The white would show dirt so easly. Orange sounds good enough. I am still looking to see if the corected amount o...

Re: Re: Perfect Fleece???
The R1 Hoddy is made from Polartec Powerdry with X-Static. Polartec also has a Power-Shield O2 for weather proffness. So it depends on what you are in need of at that given time.

Everything else is just a light. For its weight, its 2-40 times brighter and lasts 5-10 time longer. Now they just need to make a 3AAA headlamp with a 5/15/35 lumens setting. The only problem...
