for the record This seems rather common place..... firmware update doesn't take... Garmin logo appears than fades and device shuts off. It will power on in mass storage mode, so hardware is fine. I can manual... |

direct route Thank you! The direct route option works. Makes little sense they have every single option routing you on roads with. No way to disable. I'm sure they will update it again and resolve the issue... |
