My Locale Radio Free Pineland
About Me I started backpacking in the BSA decades ago and am a Philmont guy...completed the elite Philmont Rayado Trek, Trail Crew guy and was on Philmont staff (base camp staff).

I was formally accepted by Philmont to be a Philmont Ranger, but cancelled my Phil-contract at the last moment because of an overuse injury.

I have already done a lot of lightweight backpacking in my past (but not UL). UL is hopefully in my future.

Another well publicized part of the Rayado Trek is they have a very well defined age cutoff. The max age is 21, no waivers that I ever heard of. No adult Scouters are allowed to attend. What I ...

Wool layers will make you feel as warm as if youd brought home those two $500 hookers back from that strip club you visited last night. One blonde, the other brunette. Course, they'd complain ab...
