My Locale Under a bush in Scotland
About Me I've hiked, climbed and backpacked for over 30 years, mostly in the Scottish Highlands. I used to run distance, and adventure races. Injuries have curtailed that. I'm 'into' anything outdoor orientated. Wildlife watching is a favourite past-time.

Labrum tear
I'm pretty sure it was torn coming off my mountain bike. I went over the bars on a steep downhill. I was using SPD pedals and my left foot didn't unclip. I sort of did the splits upside dow...

Nice knife though.
The guy may be weird, but it's good advertising! I really want one of those knives. I can't really think of a use for it, but so what! I'm sure it will be better at cutting twigs for ...
