My Locale Northern New Jersey
About Me Started enjoying all things outdoors in the late 60’s as a boy scout growing up in southern NJ.

Currently serving as scoutmaster to a scout troop doing my best to help introduce a much younger generation to the great outdoors and the world of personal responsibility.

Enjoy camping, hiking, canoeing, skiing, kayaking, fishing, and photography (anything outdoors away from my desk).

Some would call me a gear junkie but in reality I just like to be prepared with good, appropriate, gear (and the knowledge and wisdom to use it).
