About Me After a 5 or 6 year hiatus from backpacking due to my obsession with all things climbing I have rediscovered just how much I really really love backpacking.

I think more than anything I enjoy moving fast through the mountains whether it be day hikes, runs, or week long trips. That's what has drawn me so strongly to lightweight backacking and this community. I really have learned a ton from this site and look forward to years moving fast and efficiently through the mountains!

Wow.
The wheels are turning after reading this one! Looks like an awesome trip. So cool to see folks getting after it in the Canyon. So many incredible places to explore there!
