I use an eVent one made by MLD. Has a cuben fiber floor. They were available with silnylon floor as well. I highly recommend it for your needs.

Inov-8 did an all black and all brown or tan version of the roclite in the past for law enforcement, armed forces, tactical consumers. Not sure if they still do this, but try searching for them out...
