Overview

The FireLite SUL-1350 Titanium Cookset was designed for two-person cook groups who really like to go light ("SUL"), for thru-hikers and others who appreciate a hearty meal, and for trout fishermen who need both a pot for boiling water and pan for frying fish.

No handles, thin-walled titanium, and an ultralight deep dish lid for a second person's eating bowl or for ultralight pan-frying. For the solo hiker, the set provides plenty of volume for boiling snow in the winter or otherwise boiling plenty of hot water while still having a functional bowl from which to eat.

The SUL afficianado who doesn't need the deep lid on particular trips can make their own out of pie tin material, creating a 1.35L cookpot with lid that weighs a remarkable 2.6 to 2.7 oz.

NOTE: We like PossumDown Gloves for pot grabbers...or Google "homemade cookpot lifter." But, at low heat, it's possible to grab the top rim of the pot without gloves (or hand damage) as well.
