If you have a pending support issue that was filed with our old customer support system prior to 10/25/13, please re-submit it via the new support system below, and we'll escalate your issue to the very highest priority and resolve your issue ASAP.

Support System Notes
- Your support tickets (filing and managing your support issues) is done via your backpackinglight.com user account. When entering the support system portal, you'll be asked to verify your login credentials from time to time as a security measure.
- You can update your support tickets directly via email if you don't want to manage them online at the support portal.
- Currently we do not have an SSL certificate active on our support site, so you may get an "Invalid Security Certificate" message when accessing the support.backpackinglight.com domain. We have applied for an SSL certificate with our support software provider and are waiting for it to be installed. We *may* decide to nix SSL support if it slows it down too much. Please note that this will not impact your security, as our support site does not transfer secure data (like passwords) between the SSL-protected databases at the backpackinglight.com domain, where your user info is stored.
