Customer Service Center Hours of Operation

Our customer support staff is generally available between 9 am and 4 pm U.S. Mountain Time, Mondays-Fridays.

Our Customer Service, Shipping Center, and Warehouse are usually closed on weekends and holidays (New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Weekend (Thursday-Sunday), and the Christmas Holiday (Dec 24-26). In addition, our staff takes holidays for special local occasions, including the Tuesday before Presidents' Day (Patagonia Outlet sale in Dillon, MT), April 1 (the day backcountry permit applications are due to Yellowstone National Park), the Tuesday before Memorial Day (umm, another Patagonia Outlet sale in Dillon), the first Friday in August (Sweet Pea Festival), the Tuesday before Labor Day (uhhh, ahem, a special event in...Dillon), and the 4th Monday in October (opening weekend of Montana hunting season). Powder Days don't normally interfere with our regular shipping schedules, as ultralight gear has now allowed us to be on the trail by 3 am, on top of a glisse couloir by 7 am, and back to work by 9 am.
