With better casting action than other rods in the $100 to $200 categories (these blanks are of an exceptional quality for this price class), and significantly cheaper than the > $600 top-of-the-line graphite rods, the Backpacking Light "BPL" Series fly rods are light, accurate, well-made, and ideally suited for backcountry fly fishing.
If you want lifetime warranties against any breakage of any type, check out the $600+ high end rods from bigger companies like Orvis and Sage. We'd rather keep the price down and avoid unnecessary insurance policies for the customer and offer a simple and reliable warranty: BPL Series fly rods are warranted against materials in defects and workmanship, and we are happy to replace any rod returned to us in unused condition within 30 days of the date of purchase. Please inspect your rod carefully upon receipt.
