Overview

In 2005, we launched titanium utensils that were truly ultralight, including the world famous Backpacking Light Long Handled Titanium Spoon. You know all about that product (click here for more info).

But now we're getting serious.

For the past few months, we've been developing an even lighter line of titanium utensils for the SuperUltraLight (SUL) fanatic.

The first product in the SUL Titanium line is the new and improved SUL Long Handled Titanium Spoon.

All the features of the old spoon, and 33% lighter.

Limitations

If you want to use your spoon as a tent stake, defense weapon, crow bar, or other accoutrement requiring durability, then you should consider the absurdly heavy generation one spoon, which weighs a whopping 0.6 oz.

But if your spoon will be used primarily as an eating utensil, then this SUL model may be your gig.
