Well, I have to confess I haven’t read the whole book yet. I wish I’d had a copy in hand while I waited in the long line of people eager to get their hands on it - I may have been able to at least read the first few chapters. Alas, my sneak peak consists of opening the book at random and finding something funny just about everywhere my finger landed. For example, “Close contact with lightning during sex should be avoided. It is unnecessary, if you know what you’re doing, and it may be fatally dangerous.”
