Beartooth Merino Wool Short

The Beartooth Merino Wool Short is made from a fine, brushed, 18.5 micron merino wool with characteristics desirable for the backcountry. It has the quick-drying properties of merino wool, as well as its odor resistance. As the saying goes, "cotton kills," so stay away from those whitey-tighties and get a set of comfortable merino wool shorts for use as underwear. The Beartooth Short isn't just an undergarment, however. Its styling and functionality allow it to be worn as an outer piece as well, for active pursuits. A small Backpacking Light logo on the leg adds style, and an inner pocket for holding a few keys or other small items provides functionality.

Care Instructions

Machine wash on delicate cycle in cold water using Revivex Wool Cleaner.

Add 3 capfuls Wool Cleaner per garment to empty washer.
Load washer; wash using delicate cycle and cold water.
To dry, lay flat on bath towel, lay second towel over garment, roll up and gently squeeze water out; air dry flat on fresh towel.
