AirCore NANO has a 200 lb breaking strength, AirCore PRO is 560 lb. NANO is fine for virtually any shelter application, but for high-tensile strength jobs, stick with PRO, which maintains high strength even when wet and UV damaged.
AirCore PRO is more resistant to UV degradation
AirCore PRO has higher visibility: it's bright yellow; NANO is white
AirCore NANO is lighter (by 50%) and cheaper (by 33%) than PRO, and has better knottablity for non-bighted knots (e.g., tautline hitches)
